Background of the issue:
I am working on a multilingual site that uses WooCommerce along with Barn2 Wholesale Pro and Barn2 Product Tables. I am trying to ensure that the WPML flags on the wholesale store page direct users to the correct page.
Symptoms:
On the wholesale store page, the WPML flags point to the public shop page instead of the wholesale store page.
Questions:
How can I configure WPML to ensure the flags point to the correct wholesale store page?
I spent more time on this and could not find the reason why the issue is happening. This seems to be a compatibility issue between WPML and Wholesale Pro.
To be able to report the compatibility issues we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.
I created a clean installation of WordPress, WPML, Woocommerce and all necessary WPML add-ons.
You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below: hidden link
Kindly follow the steps below:
- Install Wholesale pro
- Add a sample product and translate it
- Add a wholesale user
- Set the archive page for wholesale
- Replicate the issue
This will help us to report the probable issue to the compatibility team and solve the possible problem faster.
Hi. Thank you for your update. Somehow, I missed the email and just saw it now. I will be adding testproducts and will install Wholesale Pro. I may need a license for Wholesale Pro and will contact Barn2 plugins.
I will keep you updated.
Thank you. If you did not receive an email after my reply please make sure that you go to your wpml.org profile settings and enable the email notification checkbox.
