Problem:
The client needs support in translating their website using WPML in automatic mode but encountered issues with insufficient translation credits.
Solution:
1. We recommended checking the available translation credits on the WPML > Translation Management page. If the credits are insufficient, consider switching to manual translation mode by navigating to WPML > Settings and selecting 'Translate What You Choose'.
2. Then, go to WPML > Translation Management, select specific pages or posts, and send them for automatic translation.

4. I have followed the same steps.

it's been 24 hrs.

But nothing is getting translated.

Hi,

I think 60k credits aren't enough to translate all content on your site automatically. I suggest you change the translation mode to manually: WPML > Settings > Translation Mode: Translate What You Choose.
Then go to WPML > Translation Management > Select some pages, posts and send them to automatic translation.

If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Hi,

When I go to WPML > Translation Management, there is an error message and I click on the button "Fix it", that said 37k credits available on your site aren't enough to translate all content automatically.

Please follow the suggestion above to use the Translation Mode: Translate What You Choose and send some pages, posts ... to automatic translation.
