I have setted up the system with "translate everything automatically" on and after a while I discovered that some posts were correctly translated and published while in others only the title was translated while the text remained in the original language and, this is the problem, they have been published in this way! if I go into the translation of the individual post I find the text translated correctly but actually the article is published with the original text. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: Now I have of course deactivated the "translate everything automatically" while you help mi solving the problem. Attached an image of the translation scrren of the same article that show it incorrectly translated. I really look forward to your answer Best regards Luca |

Hello Luca, Could you please increase your WP Memory limit to 256M? 128M is the minimum required by WPML. PHP Memory Limit 512M define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'); Paste it just before: / That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. / Now, verify the current settings at WPML > Support > WordPress. Then complete the translation again. These settings can be limited directly by your hosting provider, so I recommend you contact and ask them to modify them directly. https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ If this will not directly solve the issue, try to apply the translation again. In case the issue will persist, please let me know. Best regards |

Good morning Andreas, The problem persist, look at this post: I went into the translation and checked and validated it, clicked the "complete" button but the post still shows the English language, only the url and title were published in Spanish. |

Hello, Yes, indeed - only my location (timezone) is in Peru, and I do not work on Saturdays and this is why I am offline on Sundays and Mondays. I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further. You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it. IMPORTANT I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further. However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server yourself for this purpose. If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Just take note that WPML should be registered on this site again. If you are unable to provide such a copy of the site for testing, please let me know on this ticket. The private response form looks like this: Next time you reply, click "I still need assistance." Video: Please note that we are obliged to request this information individually on each ticket. We may not access any access information not specifically submitted on this ticket in the private response form. Best regards |

Hello Luca, I do see pages of Jobs at WPML > Translations that are published, but still waiting for a review. Then, I went to WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard and sent the post "Jeanneau Leader 9 WA Series 2 debuts in Fort Lauderdale" to automatic translation. The job was completed as expected and is ready for review. The translations are published. The odd behavior is that the translated content is not using the post's slug: hidden link The post is not getting published, while you actually use the setting "Publish right away but mark as not reviewed so I can take a look later" for your automatic translations. Also, I seem not to be able to complete the translations or their reviews. The issue was somehow solved after clearing the WP Rocket Cache in all languages. Take note, that you can go to WPML > Translation, mark the jobs inside the list, and use the Bulk option to apply the review, or better say skip the review. This way the jobs will get the status completed and the translation queue will be cleaned up. I would suggest you do this and let me know if the issues will persist. Best regards |

Hi Andreas, I have followed the procedure you indicate to me (as you will see all the post have been reviewed and I have cleared the cache many time) but the problem persist as you will see from the screenshot attached. Here you can find (but there are many more) a list of the post that are wrong in all their translations: hidden link As you will see sometimes also the url has not been translated ... I Think the problem is in another place, is there a cache in WPML or something else that can be reset? Thanks Luca |

Hello, Please go to the original content, open it in Elementor, make a small edit and save. The automatic translation will then begin and you will be able to access the review and approve it. hidden link Best regards |

Hello Luca, I have found an issue on your site, but I did not want to take any further steps, as I do not wish to make use of your automatic translation credits without your permission. On WPML > Languages > Edit languages is missing a language mapping for Portuguese. If the language is not mapped, then an automatic translation can not proceed for this language. Please make the language and then send the content again to an automatic translation by going to WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard. Mark the content that you would like to translate, create a job, and choose that it should be translated automatically. If this will still not solve the issue, then please let me know. Best regards |
