So the problem today seems to be that at some point the translations can't be approved and then it seems nothing can be approved after that.
Seems like something is blocking the process.
I tried to make some change to a product and approve it (after some days) and it works. But when it goes to the state of "not working", it wont approve more products (as told by my translator person)
Also there is a problem that the site is not responding, but that's another case and i will open a ticket for that also.
To properly investigate this matter, I would like to review the issue directly on your website. For this purpose, I kindly request temporary access to the WordPress admin panel (WP-Admin). Preferably, this would be to a test or staging environment where the issue has been replicated, if such an environment is available.
You will find the required credential fields below the comment section. Please rest assured that any information submitted there will remain strictly private and accessible only to you and our support team.
Additionally, it may be necessary to replicate your website locally in order to perform a deeper analysis in a controlled environment. To do so, we would temporarily install a plugin such as Duplicator to generate a full copy of the site and its content. Once the investigation is complete, the local copy will be removed.
Kindly confirm whether this approach is acceptable, and we will proceed accordingly.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
Important:
Before granting access, we strongly recommend creating a full backup of your website files and database to ensure everything is safely preserved.
Hi.
The owner of the site wanted to delete the plugin and all the translations.
This plugin is really bad.
The translations needed a lot of work (they were bad) and the site was not working with the plugin. Lots of downtimes and other problems like The Newsletter Plugin didn't work with wpml at all.
We want the money back.
This is the message from the very pissed site owner:
Urgent: Demand for Full Refund and Formal Complaint – Fatalii Seeds
To the WPML Management and Support Team,
This email serves as a formal complaint and a demand for a full refund regarding the translation services and plugin performance for fataliiseeds.net.
Our experience with WPML has been nothing short of a disaster. Since installing your plugin on our WooCommerce store late last year, we have faced a relentless series of critical failures that have compromised our business operations, wasted significant financial resources, and damaged our reputation with customers across Europe.
We are demanding a refund for the translations we paid for based on the following unacceptable issues:
* Severe Technical Instability: After installing WPML, our site suffered frequent, recurring downtimes. We were forced into constant manual reboots, initially blaming our server infrastructure. However, since disabling WPML, the site has become significantly faster and the stability issues have vanished. The plugin was the direct cause of massive lost revenue and customer churn.
* Persistent Database Errors & Data Loss: We repeatedly encountered errors when attempting to save products—an issue we reported to your team that remained unresolved. As a direct result, dozens of fully edited products were lost. This represents a staggering loss of webmaster man-hours.
* Substandard Translation Quality: The quality of the automated translations was abysmal. We found that even standard AI models, such as Gemini, produced far superior results. We have had to manually re-translate the majority of the content we already paid you to process.
* Abysmal Customer Support: Despite our attempts to seek resolution for these "saving" errors and performance hits, your support failed to provide any viable solutions.
We never even reached the point of publishing the translated site because your plugin made it impossible to maintain a stable environment. The time, labor, and lost orders resulting from WPML’s failure far exceed the cost of the translations themselves.
We expect a prompt response confirming the processing of our refund for the translation credits. We have no intention of continuing with a service that has proven to be the most frustrating and damaging tool we have ever implemented on our platform.
Pending your immediate action,
Jukka ”Fatalii” Kilpinen
Fatalii Seeds
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand your concern, and I would like to assure you that I have already forwarded your refund request to the appropriate team so it can be reviewed as soon as possible.
They will get back to you shortly with further information regarding your request.

Hello there sir, we sent a mail to you, about the refund. Would you kindly check it out and reply it? we need to have an answer there before we can continue.
In the meantime I have started a partial refund process but we need to know examples of some of the bad translations and what it should be the correct version so we can process the last part of the refunds.
Although you weren’t able to provide any useful details to help us better understand the quality of our translation and overall performance, our team has decided to issue you a refund anyway. You were contacted by email some weeks ago, and we now consider this matter resolved.
