Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate strings from Order Confirmation in WooCommerce using WPML. I have already scanned the WooCommerce Plugin for strings, but they are not found.

Symptoms:
String translation says it does not find any string, specifically the field 'Confirmation Text' is not found in String translation.

Questions:
Why can't I find the 'Confirmation Text' field in String translation?
How can I translate the Order Confirmation strings in WooCommerce using WPML?

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps or if I can help with the issue quickly.

The theme may have a custom template for the order confirmation page so I suggest you scan it too and check.

Also, as you are using WPML 4.7 I recommend you to check the announcement of the new feature to "discover" untranslated strings:
https://wpml.org/es/changelog/2025/02/wpml-4-7-announcement/

I hope it helps.

Best Regards,
Otto

Hi Otto, thanks for your support. You were right. I found another plugin (woocommernce germanized) and scanned that. And after that I got all the missing strings in WPML String Translation. You can close the ticket now. Frank
