Background of the issue:
I've made updates to a landing page and cannot get them to reflect on the translated page. Specifically on hidden link. The translation editor has all of the correct data but it is not carrying over to the live page.
Symptoms:
Content updates not appearing on translated pages.
Questions:
Why are the updates not reflecting on the translated page?
How can I ensure that changes made to the original page are carried over to the translated page?
Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.
I see the translation page in the Spanish language displays the translation content as well. Can you please share some screenshots of the issue?
While checking the debug info, I see that the WordPress Memory Limit is below the requirements. The minimum requirements are 128M, but we do recommend 256M and the debug information of your site shows it set to 40M. Please check this link for more details https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/.
You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file, right before the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:
Please compare the content on hidden link and hidden link
An entire row is missing at the bottom.
On hidden link it is a more critical issue because it is for an upcoming event and it will not update on the front end with the correct pricing and other details - again, the bottom of the page is missing content from the English version: hidden link vs hidden link
I will increase the memory and I've suggested to my client that we also switch hosting companies (I suggested this a year ago but it's definitely time!)
Please let me know if there is a way to maybe delete the Spanish version of the event page and have it translate the full content.
On two pages and their translations hidden link hidden link
I don't see the difference at the bottom of the pages, please check the attached screenshots. Can you please share some screenshots of the bottom page on your end?
Also, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.
