Different languages in directories setting issue

I want to ensure that the home page is accessible in different languages. <b>Symptoms: </b> The home page shows a blank page when clicking to switch to another language in the header, even though the page is already translated. All other subpages are working fine. <b>Questions: </b> Why is the home page showing a blank page when switching languages? How can I fix the issue with the 'Different languages in directories' setting?

sarahH-26	HI, I have already created a ticket, but no positive response from them getting so late,if u can assign a good agent that will response in timely manner.
