Hi,

To translate the Woocomemrce products/attributes/taxonomies please check the documentation below:

https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#taxonomies

But if for some reason you have items that are not translated you can go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Translation Management and from he top filter, filter the content you want to translate and select them.

Then at the bottom of the screen, you can send the items for automatic translation.
