Problem:
The client is working on a site under development and is facing an issue with WPML. They inquired about the cause of the issue.
Solution:
We identified that there is already an open ticket regarding the same issue. We advised the client to avoid opening multiple tickets for the same problem as it can affect the priority and handling of their existing tickets. We recommended following up on the existing ticket for further assistance and to mark the current ticket as resolved.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues and confirm that you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. If the issue persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

This is considered a duplicate ticket.

Please do not open more tickets for the same issue as this will only load the ticket queue and will move your initial tickets lower in the queue priority.

Please wait for a response in the initially-created ticket.
