This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where after importing a CSV file with Slovak language for products using the WooCommerce native option, the products were duplicated in both SK and CZ languages. However, these duplicates were not functioning as translations.
Solution:
We identified that the issue was related to the import/export plugin not being installed or activated during the export of the product list. Once the client activated the plugin, it added the necessary information to the WooCommerce native export feature, resolving the problem.
If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend checking if the import/export plugin is installed and activated before exporting your product list. This should ensure that the correct information is included for translations during the import process.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
