Elementor users - please update WPML to the latest version to maintain compatibility. More details here - https://wpml.org/changelog/2024/12/wpml-4-6-15-critical-update-for-elementor-sites/
Background of the issue:
I am experiencing an issue inside the WP admin backend related to the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency extension. I have upgraded my hosting package, but the issue persists. Everything in the support tab is green, and all components are updated to the latest version. I have also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the website without success.
Symptoms:
There is a '!' inside the WP admin backend, and I can't find a solution for it.
Questions:
What does the '!' inside the WP admin backend indicate?
Could the issue be related to something other than server resources?
While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.
This means you have not configured and followed the wizard for WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency or some pages are missing.
Click on that link and it should take you to the wizard, if not go to WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > Status and check if any action is required, for example, WooCommerce Store Pages.
I'm Osama from WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Thanks for the access details. I installed a local copy of your site to check the issue and found that the "Admin and Site Enhancements (ASE)" plugin hides the Admin notices, which is the reason for not seeing the setup banner.
Please deactivate it and setup WooCommerce Multilingual. After that, you can enable it if you want.
