Background of the issue:
I have a ticket with support, but the response was not helpful. My site, hidden link, is not working properly with translations. I might have missed something.

Symptoms:
The content I translated seems to deduct credits but does not show the translated language.

Questions:
How can I translate by myself?
Why is the translated content not showing the translated language?

Please, make sure that the automatic translations are not waiting for you to review.

Go to WPML > Translations, and filter by status "Pending review". If so, approve the translations and the content should now display in the front end.

In order to translate content yourself, check this documentation:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/ in the step 3: Choose how to translate, in the dropdown you can choose assign to yourself. Then you go to WPML > Translations, and you'll find there the jobs sent to translation.

none of these is working , for some of the pages , i clicked auto translate, it goes like this , not doing any translation, not showing anything , only deduct credits

Thanks.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue.
It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I'll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site.
This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content.
Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site.

**IMPORTANT**
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields.

Just a few pages were translated, for example, this one:

Then your site ran out of automatic translation credits. But, you still have plenty of credits in your wpml.org account. You should assign them to your site.

Then you should be able to continue translating your content.

Currently, we do not have support calls. But you can share a screencast of the issue if I am not getting it right. Video and images help a lot.

What's not working? Don't you see the credits in your wpml.org account? You don't see your site in your wpml.org account so you can't assign the credits? You assigned the credits, and they don't appear in your site's translation dashboard? The credits are now in your site, but you can't continue translating automatically?

Checking our records I can see a few pages translated automatically today. This one, for example:

Which looks OK to me.

Can you please elaborate on the issue so I can understand it? Thanks!
