This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Media URLs do not appear in ATE for translation when media is added directly from the Media Library using blocks, as the 'media ID' is used and the image is translated via Media Translation.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you follow these steps to use different media in translations:
1. Ensure you are in the default language (from top admin bar).
2. Navigate to the Media Library and add new media if needed, or skip this step for existing media.
3. Go to WPML -> Media Translation.
4. Locate the image or video you want to translate.
5. Click the pencil icon under the corresponding language flag to add/edit the translated version of the media.
6. Upload the translated version of the media by clicking "Use a different file" and select the corresponding media to upload.
7. Optionally, set the translated name in the input field under the image field.
8. Click "Save media translation" button.
After these steps, the translated version you added should be displayed on the frontend for that translation.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it’s outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

I checked for the issue and also confirmed with my team. The images added via "img" tag have their URLs available in ATE for translation. However if the media is added directly from the Media Library (i.e. using blocks), the URLs 'll not appear in ATE, because in this case "media ID" is used and the image is translated via Media Translation.

Since you're using blocks and haven't translated any media. Like I noticed in the WPML -> Media Translation, that you're using the same media for all languages. That's why you're seeing the same image in all translations and then edit translations manually to change the images and videos.

I tested with a new page (hidden link) where I used translated media via Media Translation and correct image appears for all the translations.

In this page, I've demonstrated a translated image and your existing video/images which aren't translated and these appear the same in all languages.

I'll recommend following these steps to correctly use different media in translations:

- Make sure you are in the default Swedish language (from top admin bar).
- Go to Media Library and add new media (if needed, or skip this step for existing media).
- Then go to WPML -> Media Translation.
- Find the image or video you want to translate.
- Just like other content, click the pencil icon under the corresponding language flag to add/edit the translated version of the media.
- Upload the translated version of the media by clicking "Use a different file" and select the corresponding media to upload.
- You can also set the translated name in the input field under the image field.
- Finally click "Save media translation" button.

And now the translated version you added for that media, should be shown on frontend for that translation.

I've attached a few images for reference.
