menu, I try but I don't understand, I already use 60000 credits, it need more ?

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate their website menus into English and Thai using the WPML String Translation page, and the WP Menus Sync page appeared empty without options to translate.
Solution:
We recommended that the client should first create their menu in the French language, which is the default site language. After creating the menu, they should navigate to WPML > WP Menus Sync to synchronize the menu into English and Thai languages. For further details, they can refer to our documentation on translating menus at Translating Menus.
If issues persist, the client should switch to the English or Thai language via Appearance > Menus, and manually edit the menu item URLs.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. The credits were used to translate content of the pages and products on your site from French to English and Thai, you are doing this correctly. Regarding the menu, I suggest you create the menu in the French language (default site language) and go to WPML > WP Menus Sync to sync the menu into English and Thai languages. If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info. ❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌ You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. Then go to Appearance > Menus > Edit the menu in English to manually adjust menu items. Please check the attached screenshots. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks
