Our second support checked and it looks like the Reservas Asdon plugin is a custom plugin. Is this plugin available to the public? Also, this plugin is not compatible with WPML and I'd suggest asking the plugin author to join our Go Global Program as explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/
