Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate an Elementor model 'section' type. The issue can be seen on the page: hidden link. I expected the 'MORE INFO' button under the RAPIDHOME I title to open a modal with the buttons 'PRIX' and 'Je réserve' translated to English.

Symptoms:
The buttons 'PRIX' and 'Je réserve' are not translated to English and still show up in French.
Questions:
Why are the buttons 'PRIX' and 'Je réserve' not translated to English on the front-end?

This looks pretty much like a compatilbity issue, that occurs when trying to render a button inside a popup modal on a translated template.
Could you please verify if this is the default Elementor Button? Are there any custom widgets from Elementor Addons involved?
I have created a test site with Elementor and WPML. I would appreciate it if you take a moment and try to recreate the issue with a simple example using the same widgets and settings.
