This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with translating pages where changes are not being updated after translation and it shows "Refreshing translation status"
Solution:
We recommend you to take a backup of your site and navigate to WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting page and click the following buttons:
1.
Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
2.
Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
This should resolve the issue.
