Problem:
The client is receiving a 'site moved' notice from WPML despite not having moved their site. They only restored a backup, and their server settings, CDN, and domain are all correctly pointing to the current domain. However, WPML is mistakenly indicating that the website has moved from the domain name to the public IP address.
Solution:
We recommend going to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and scrolling towards the bottom. There, you should find a button labeled "force ate on this site". Clicking this button should resolve the message about the site being moved/copied.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
