Could you please try re-entering the translation and check if the fields are available for translation? I’m not familiar with this plugin, and I would appreciate it if you could share the credentials with me, as you did with Noman. The previous ticket is closed, and access to the private field has been deleted. I will activate it for this ticket. IMPORTANT: Before we proceed, please ensure you back up your site and database.

You were on the right track, and everything was already translated in "WPML > String Translation." However, there was a small oversight — you missed translating the category ID. This is why the banner wasn’t applied to the Polish category, as the Polish category ID differs from the English one. I’ve created a short video to demonstrate this: hidden link
