Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my site to Arabic, but the site is not translated. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
The site is not translated; it's all in English instead of Arabic.

Questions:
Why is my site not translating to Arabic?
How can I fix the translation issue on my site?

* Please list everything that is not translated
* Also include the URLs of the backend pages or templates (especially from the homepage) where the translation is missing. This will help me check each section individually.
*(Note: there are around 10–20 Elementor templates just on the homepage.)*
* also attach screenshots that will help me so I don't miss anything

In the meantime, please refer to the following WPML guides:

*Media Translation:

*Menu Translation:

Thanks for sharing the details. Please see my notes below for each point:

1. Homepage popup – Please share the backend URL or Elementor template name where this popup is created, so I can check if it’s properly connected to the Arabic version.
2. Homepage sections (category & brand blocks) – I’ll need the backend URLs of each Elementor template used on the homepage (there are about 10–20) to verify which blocks aren’t linking correctly to the Arabic version.
3. Product brand name and price – Noted. These don’t need translation. Please also send a screenshot for reference so I can make sure it’s implemented correctly.
4. Main, Mega, and Footer menus – Please review menu translation following WPML’s guide:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#custom-links
5. Category listing filters & sorting not showing in Arabic – This is likely related to untranslated or unregistered strings. Please check through String Translation:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#register-admin-and-setting-strings-for-translation
6. Brand-wise listings not redirecting properly – Please confirm which URLs are affected so I can review the redirection setup for the Arabic version.
7. Cart & Checkout pages have English words – These are likely WooCommerce system strings. Please review them under String Translation.
8. Register & Login pages in English – Same as above, please check via String Translation.
9. English keywords across the site – Please share screenshots and follow the String Translation guide above to ensure all dynamic strings are registered and translated.

To proceed efficiently, please:
- List everything that’s not yet translated.
- Include backend URLs or template names for each section (especially homepage and popup templates).
- Attach screenshots for each item so nothing is missed.

In the meantime, please refer to WPML’s key documentation:
- Media Translation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/#how-to-translate-media-meta-information
- Menu Translation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#custom-links
- String Translation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#register-admin-and-setting-strings-for-translation

Once I have the URLs and screenshots, I’ll review each section. Please note we can only check configuration issues and missing translations following our documentation — full site translation isn’t part of support scope.

About the image for the popup, did you try translating it within Media Translation?

As for the menu, you need to set mega menus just as in the original menu:

So here directly, as these options are not synchronized even if using WPML menu synchronization.
