I am trying to:
I want to see ALL created templates/pages so I can include/link/use as template in my pages. But each time I try, they don't appear! The only way for them to appear is deactivating the CMS plugin.
Example:
I have an EN page with popup and ES page that doesn't have. I only have an EN popup, I want to create another one using EN as template for the ES version. EN version doesn't appear on the list of templaes nor anywhere so I can use it. I have to disable the plugin and THEN it can be seen and used to create the ES version. But now, since the ML plugin is disabled, the ES version is not available.... So I have to keep the editing Elementor page open only ready to modify and save. Then WP adds a "-2" to the URL after saving...
The pages and popups are made with Elementor Pro. Both EN and ES are on the same domain.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
It is more of a WP admin side, front users can't see it.
I expected to see:
The list of my templates no matter the language I'm in.
Instead, I got:
Nothing. Everything dissapears the moment I activate the plugin. I have to activate and deactivate it to make anything work..... after a few HOURS of trying I can domewhat do it but its too much...
Looks like your previous ticket is closed due to no response from your side.
Kindly update all WPML plugins to the latest version and see if it resolves the issue. If not I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Upon reviewing your debug information, I have observed that the PHP limit for your "WP Memory Limit" is lower than the recommended 256MB or the required 128MB, as mentioned in the documentation found at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/. To resolve this, I kindly request that you contact your hosting provider and request an increase in the PHP value for you.
I've checked the Elementor Templates and could you click on the "All" link and then select your language as shown in the attached screenshot and see if it helps?
As for the pages, I can see all your pages here hidden link and I'm not spotting any issues. Maybe you can elaborate a little bit more?
Thank you, sorry but my question was phrased wrongly.
My problem is mainly with the popups in spanish and english (img 1). They dont appear even if the menu says there are more.
When I try to access it through the edit option Elementor has, it shows as it exists (img 2) but it stays in the loading screen (img 3) to eventually tell me it is not accesible.
They also don't appear as an option when, in Elementor, I create a button that has to open a popup (img 4). They only appear if the plugin is inactive (img 5 & 6). And when I activate it again, it crashes the current page (img 7) although, that one is momentary and reloading the page fixes it.
Sorry for the confusion. I understand the issue now. Before we proceed further with the investigation, kindly perform the steps below and let me know if the issue still persists.
1. Update all WPML plugins to the latest version hidden link
2. Check the requirements here hidden link and make sure all are met. You can contact your hosting provider to look at the "REST API" issue.
Sorry but my coworker from IT is currently on vacation so they cannot help me with this issue right now. I will contact you next week when they return so we can continue.
