This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the synchronization between products is not working as expected. When the status of a product is changed from published to draft in one language, the translated version of the product does not reflect this change and remains published.
Solution:
We explained that this is the expected behavior in WPML. To change the status of a translated product, the client should manually switch to the desired language by clicking on the flag in the top-bar and then edit the product status in that language.

The sync between products that are published and then the status is changed to concept isn't happening in the translated language.

For example: the Bradley vase. In Dutch is it a concept, but in English it keeps standing as sold-out and published.

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. By “concept” you mean “draft”, is that right?

If that's the case, that's actually the expected behavior of WPML. You change the status of products individually, without changing the status of its translations. In case you want to change the status of translated products, you can change the language on your top-bar, by clicking on the flag and editing the product in the desired language.

Tell me if that answers your question.
