[Resolved] The7 Theme missing fields in the translation editor

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
translate website but some field in all page from only "the7" widget missing from translate editor.

Solution:
registering the widget following the methods here https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/ fixes it.

Hello,

I am use the7 theme and builded by elementor plugin.

I tried to translate website but some field in all page from only "the7" widget missing from translate editor.

How to fixed it?

img1 : widget from the7
img2 : section cannot translate
img3 : missing from translate editor

website has 3 language.

default is Thai : hidden link
en : hidden link
ch : hidden link

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I've checked your screenshots and I can see the issue you had there. Looks like you're using a custom widget from the The7 theme in the Elementor page builder. Could you try registering the widget following the methods here https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/ and see if it fixes it?
