Hi, Thank you for contacting WPML support! If I am not mistaken, the booking forms are stored in the `wp_em_meta` table in the database, with the meta key "booking-form." To translate them, you can follow the instructions from this WPML guide: [Translate Admin and Settings Strings](https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#translate-admin-and-settings-strings). This guide will show you how to locate and translate strings that might not automatically appear in the String Translation section, including booking forms and any relevant settings. Additionally, you should follow the same process for translating emails if they are not custom post types. Can you try the above? Regards, |

Hi. I tried that several times but it didn't work. See attached screen shots of the Event page and form. I tried searching for WHERE, EVENT TYPE etc. I have found how to translate the form fields however, by clicking the glove symbol next to the field. So this is ok, i can do this. If you could explain how i translate the headings that are part pf the events details, eg "WHERE" that would be great. Thanks |

These seem to be plugin strings, are they not? Can you scan it like this? Before that you can try with auto register strings option: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#enable-auto-register-strings |

HI. Still having problems translating the titles etc, now on the booking forms themselves. Also the ticket descriptions are showing in Welsh in both English and Welsh events. See attached. When i try to update the English event and save the Event, it just reverts back to Welsh. Can you advise how i sort this out please? Thanks |

Would you be willing to provide me with WordPress and FTP credentials so I could investigate the issue directly? And tell me where in the backend can I check this, what needs to be translated, if you could even record a video using tool such as hidden link to show the above issue that would help a lot. I marked your next reply as private so that you can safely add credentials. |

Hi Thanks for the reply. The site is a live site with paid members, with login functionality and online payments. Would you be able to use a Staging site to test on if I set one up for you? I would prefer this to avoid potential issues with the live site during tests. Let me know Cheers |

Absolutely, if you have a staging site with the same issue by all means. |
