Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate YITH product filters using WPML. Officially, both plugins are compatible (see: https://wpml.org/plugin/yith-woocommerce-ajax-product-filter/). I followed the official method to translate the filters (hidden link).

Symptoms:
I encounter the error: 'WPML attempted to translate this page three times but failed. Please contact WPML support for assistance.' Product filters are not visible on translated category pages.

Questions:
Why are the product filters not visible on translated category pages?
How can I resolve the error message when attempting to translate the page?

Hi,

I'll continue to help you with this issue.

1. Can you find the translation for those filters in WPML -> Strings Translation?

2. Are the product attributes used in those filters translated and synced? You can check it in WPML -> Taxonomy Translation.

1. **Check String Translation and filter presets**:
Confirm that all relevant filter strings and presets have been fully translated and published.

2. **Check for translation status of related taxonomy terms and attributes**:
Make sure that product attributes used in filters are translated and synchronized properly.

3. Run clean-up and synchronization options, such as:

* Fix post type assignment
* Fix terms count
* Clear the WPML cache

**** Important! Please make a DataBase backup before you proceed with this step****

4. Check the page translation job status:
If the page translation is stuck or incomplete, try cancelling and resending it from WPML > Translation Management. You can check this in WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Jobs.

5. Permalink flush:
Go to Settings > Permalinks, and click Save Changes to flush rewrite rules.

6. Deactivate caching (if active):
Temporarily disable any caching plugins or server-side cache to rule out display issues.

Hi, and thanks for the access details.

I've checked things on your staging site, but unfortunately, I was unable to fix this problem. I'm consulting our second-tier supporters about this case and will update you here once I have their reply.

Please note that my weekend is Friday-Saturday, and I'll be able to continue to check this issue and help you on Sunday.

I appreciate your patience.
Itamar.
