Background of the issue:
I have built a website with Oxygen and I have Meta Box for custom fields. I also use WPML. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
In the English version, the custom fields are not showing on the front end and it shows the greek table without the custom fields. In the Greek version, they work fine. However, when I visit the website as an administrator, I can see both the English and Greek versions correctly.

Questions:
Why are the custom fields not showing in the English version on the front end?
Why do the custom fields appear correctly when I am logged in as an administrator?

Hi,

Could you clarify how the page was translated? Please note that Oxygen requires manual translation. Did you open the page in manual mode instead of using the WPML Translation Editor?

Best regards,
Marcel

Yes manual translation however the problem is not with the page but with the metabox fields. below are two screenshots. The one that is showing the correct English Translation is when i am logged in as admin. The other one with the greek is when i am visiting the site as a visitor. hidden link. In the page there is also simple text and it is working fine regardless if i am connected as admin or not.

Hi,

thanks for the info. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Best Regards,
Marcel
