Thanks for reaching us. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Also, please update the WPML plugins to the latest version in WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab.
Upon reviewing, I found that when I changed the "Language URL format" to "Different languages in directories," the link hidden link started working.
It seems that the domains are not validated, as indicated in the screenshot attached. Could you please verify with your domain provider? You'll need to ask them to direct the domain hidden link to the server IP.
Yes, it is. It's possible if it's a directory, but if it's a different domain, it won't work.
So this is not a wpml issue, but due to domain authentication.
I will check it once.
By the way, it seems like the WPML engineer has asked where you registered the domain, though could you please verify what he meant to point the domain to the server IP? Does the WPML Engineer, provide any IPs your domain should point to? Because right now, it is already pointed to our Hosting server IP.
Did you change any settings or set up any plugins?
hidden link
When I try to log in at hidden link, I get redirected to hidden link and a 404.
Therefore, I could not log in and check. We have had a similar event before after wpml confirmed it.
We are operating hidden link and will be building a new media site. The URL is as follows hidden link
I checked with the kinsta engineers and they were unsure.
Is it possible to switch subdomains like this?
I have set the theme to the default theme, but it is not translated. It is translated on the dashboard and when configured in the directory it is translated.
I would like to be able to translate on different domains.
You should be able to use the subdomains for your translated pages. However, I'm unsure of the root cause of the issue and will need to escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation. Could you please provide FTP access so I can include this information in my report?

Our secondary support team investigated and here's what they discovered: The domain hidden link has a different server IP address according to the NS host NS1.DNS.NE.JP, as indicated in the attached screenshot.
To ensure synchronization of language, it's essential that all domains share the same server IP address. Could you kindly double-check with your hosting/domain provider?
