I am trying to: translate individual pages

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: (account data needed to see it)
hidden link

I expected to see:
the translated page

Instead, I got:
the not translated page. It only works to translate it through Elementor. The plugins I already deactivated, and tried many of the recommended debugging steps.

Hi There,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We are experiencing a high volume of tickets right now which has caused some delays in our response times. We are working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

I understood the issue you're having. To display translated content in the Frontend for a page/post created with Elementor, it is necessary to have the WPML's String Translation plugin installed and activated on your end. From the debug info that you've shared, I can see that the String Translation is missing from your site.

Kindly install the "String Translation" plugin on your site and then try to translate. I hope it will help.

More information on translating pages that are built using Elementor is available here- https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/

Let me know if you need further help on this matter. I will be happy to help you.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit
