Background of the issue:
On my website, 3 languages have completed the translation. But when I switch to German and Hebrew, it's showing broken. But Polski is showing fine.
Symptoms:
German and Hebrew translations are broken, while Polski is working correctly.
Questions:

The only solution that worked out so far, was deleting the damaged pages and recreating the translations.
I used the WPML Translation Editor for this purpose. On your site I have made some adjustments to custom field settings, to make sure that the theme options are copied over to each translation.
Make sure to delete the German and Hebrew Homepages and remove them from the trash.
To enable the WPML Translation Editor as the translation method, open the original Homepage on the WordPress Editor and switch the translation method for this page inside the right sidebar to "WPML Translation Editor.
According to what I see you already translated these pages earlier with the WPML Translation Editor, as the translations are still saved inside the translation memory. You only need to confirm them again.
