Background of the issue:
I try to register WPML in localhost but I can't. I tried your solutions deactivating everything and activating again but it is not possible.
Symptoms:
Unable to parse data from service response.
Can you please go to WPML > Support > Installer Support and click the “Check” button. Can you please let us know if you see two green checkmarks at the top or if you see red Xs instead?
If there are red Xs, could you share your IP address with me? There may be a block on our side for that IP.
