This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to register their site using WPML due to a site key mismatch and is also experiencing issues connecting the Toolset plugin to toolset.com.
Solution:
1. Install the OTGS installer to install the WPML CMS and String translation plugins.
2. Activate these plugins and configure WPML using the setup wizard.
3. Ensure the correct site key is added during configuration.
4. If the client has already installed the WPML CMS plugins, they should follow the setup wizard to configure them.
5. For issues related to translation jobs being stuck or failing, the client should contact us as the translation might still be saved in the website's translation memory, preventing double charges for the same segment.
6. If using WPML AI for translations, it currently supports translating content from English to German, Spanish, French, Portuguese (both Brazilian and Portuguese variants), and Italian, and vice versa.
If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
