Do you see the image URL available in ATE when translating the page (or searching with the keyword "http")? If yes, please keep the same URL in the translation content. If not, it shouldn't be translated.
Also, please share a page URL where I can see the issue. I will help you to check this.
Yes, I see the image url and it's translated as you can see in the attached screenshot. Yesterday I tried to use the same image url from the original, but it wasn't reflected on the page.

if you scroll further down you'll see the image of the black arrow is missing on the spanish page.
Please try to edit the page in English language > Make a small change to the page title/content > Save changes > Update the translation in ATE and see if it helps.
If not, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.
