I've checked those articles. The pages are still broken.

Check it out here: hidden link

Switch to english, the strings are translated but the site is broken in English.

I'd like a timely response to this.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Please share the WordPress debug.log (not WPML debug information) with us so we can collect more details on this. Refer to the following pages for instructions

https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/

https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

To enable the WordPress Debug log, open your wp-config.php file of site root and look for define('WP_DEBUG', false);. Change it to:

// Enable WP_DEBUG mode
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

// Disable display of errors and warnings
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
@ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

In this case, the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the */wp-content/* directory. Please follow the steps to reproduce the bug and check if you are getting any errors or warnings related to WPML in the log file.

If you can paste your debug.log to http://pastebin.com/index.php and provide me with that link, it would be great! (This is the cleanest way because sometimes the logs are long and create a complete mess of discussion).

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. The Debug.log is showing the following notice a few times. But it will not be causing this issue.

PHP Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property wpml_cms_nav_cache::$cache_to_option is deprecated in /*****/wp-content/plugins/wpml-cms-nav/inc/cache.class.php on line 37

So please fill in the private details fields after a full site backup. I would like to access the admin area of your site for further checking. Refer to the following links for more details about our privacy information sharing policies.

Hello,

Thank you for the feedback. Please take a site backup. I would like to do a quick test on your site.

Also, please allow me to make a copy of your site using the Duplicator plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) in case of further debugging. So we can troubleshoot the issue without affecting your live site.

Hello,

Sorry for the late response becuase of the holidays. Please check the attached images. Now, most of the homepage contents are translated except for a few texts in the Header & Footer.

Currently, the Bricks templates (including Footer & Header) are not translated to English yet. So please try the following steps after a full site backup and make sure the bug exists or not.

1) Visit WPML>>Settings>>Post Types Translation
2) Choose *Translatable only show translated items* option for My Templates (bricks_template) post type
3) Save the changes
4) Visit Bricks>>Templates>>My Templates
5) Translate the Header & Footer templates
6) Update the Homepage in the original language after a minor edit in the contents (refresh the translation settings), then its translation

The other pages are still not translated properly. How can I get them to not break?

It's been 2 weeks since I signaled this issue to you and there is still no fix.
