[Resolved] Can not edit checkout page using JetWooBuilder
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing issues with the Multi-step checkout not working correctly when WPML plugins were activated. Specifically, the template for the JetWooBuilder checkout wasn't translating correctly, and there were discrepancies in the header and footer styles between the default language and the translated pages.
Solution: We took the following steps to resolve the issues: 1. We accessed the Spanish header in the Elementor editor and adjusted the display settings to ensure it appeared correctly on the checkout page. 2. We applied identical CSS on the Spanish site to hide tabs that were visible on the Spanish version but hidden on the English checkout page. 3. We edited the Spanish version of the Multistep checkout template to display the Upsell products correctly, as they were on the English Checkout template. 4. We updated the link on the "Skip" button on the Italian header to correct the redirection issue. 5. We checked and adjusted the display condition for the Spanish header to ensure it displayed properly across the site.
We also recommended that the client replicate the CSS modifications from the English version to the Spanish version for consistent styling and to ensure that the Spanish posts are edited and adjusted if anything is not showing correctly, as Spanish is the default language.
If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend you try the steps outlined above. However, please note that the solution might be irrelevant due to it being outdated or not applicable to your case. If these steps do not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket in the WPML support forum.

I understand the issue you're having. Since you've shared access to your site, I've examined and fixed the problem you had with the Spanish version of the checkout page. Here are the actions I undertook:
- The Header designed for the Checkout page was not appearing on the Spanish version. I accessed the Spanish header in the Elementor editor and adjusted the display settings, which resolved the issue, and it now appears correctly on the checkout page.
- Certain tabs that were hidden on the English checkout page were visible on the Spanish version. I applied identical CSS on the Spanish site to hide these tabs from the Spanish checkout page as well.
- The Upsell products were not displayed on the Spanish checkout page. I edited the Spanish version of the Multistep checkout template and chose the same products as those selected for the English Checkout template. This change ensured that the Upsell products were now correctly displayed on the Spanish checkout page.
Here's the current appearance of the Spanish checkout page: hidden link
On the Payment step, I noticed that the CSS modifications applied to the English version of the Checkout page for customization purposes have not been implemented on the Spanish checkout page. To ensure consistent styling, please replicate the same CSS on the Spanish version.
Also, since Spanish is the default language, please always edit and adjust the Spanish posts on this site(hidden link) if you notice anything that is not showing correctly.
Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance. I will be happy to help.
I reviewed the Italian header on the Checkout page and noticed that the link on the "Skip" button was incorrect. I've updated the button with the proper Checkout page link (Screenshot: hidden link) and that resolved the redirection issue.
I also checked the Spanish version of the site and can see that the header on the checkout page and the entire site are showing properly. Could you please share what specifically seems disfigured?
I noticed that the links in the header of the Spanish checkout page were incorrectly set up. Could you kindly update the header for the Spanish checkout page and ensure the links are properly configured?
Feel free to let me know if there is anything else you need help. I will be happy to assist.
When you did work on storykeeper.com/es yesterday the header styles were changed.
Please compare the header on storykeeper.com vs storykeeper.com/es, it looks like some styles are missing, can you check what was done to cause this on the /es version?
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. I would like to clarify that my work was solely concentrated on the checkout page and its Header, and no changes were made to the default header.
However, On the Spanish site, I have checked the Header applied for the home and other pages and found that the display condition was removed from the Spanish header. I opened the Spanish header and adjusted the display condition(Screenshot: hidden link). By doing so, the Header started to display properly on the Spanish site(Screenshot: hidden link).
For your information, I only have worked on the Spanish header this time. No other changes have been made anywhere else.
If there is anything else you need help with, please let me know. I will be happy to help.
