Thanks for your patience.

I will need to escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support. Could you please install the "Lisfinity" on our sandbox site here hidden link so that I could include this into our report?

Thanks for your reply.

I've checked and could you please try this method to translate the categories.

On this page, hidden link go to Taxonomies Translation > I checked "States" and "Cities" as shown in the attached screenshot and clicked "Save".

Not when I try to translate the categories here hidden link , select "Cities" on the dropdown and you'll be able to translate the "Cities" category as shown in the attached screenshot.

Is this what you're trying to achieve there?

There is only Los Angeles in cities however if you check the common taxonomies group there will more than one city, and also I need to translate other taxonomie groups like real estate, transport etc

I found weird thing here I see Los Angeles in cities because it is not attached to parent category which should be California, I removed Florida parent and it also appeared in taxonomy translation

When I attach the city back to parent state it disappears from taxonomy translation

Thank you for your response.

This is a valuable discovery. I can share this information with our 2nd Tier Support, as it appears that the incompatibility issue stems from the assignment of a category to a parent category.

Nevertheless, I've noticed that we can eliminate the parent category assigned to the cities. However, I cannot seem to find this option within the "models" category at this link: hidden link. Each "Model" is currently associated with a "Make." Is there a method to remove this association?

Yes it works when there is no parent category assigned however I can't build categories without assigning it to parent taxonomy it will be mess when customers gonna to ad post we need figure out how to make it work without removing the association.

**Each "Model" is currently associated with a "Make." Is there a method to remove this association?

Go to this link hidden link and click on pen icon near the taxonomy you want to change its parrent, do the change and scroll down to save it.
