Hello,

First, please make a backup of your site and database and then update all your plugins and also the parent theme, if there is an update available.

You will find the latest versions of our plugins at Plugins > Add new > Commercial > Search for WPML Updates.

If this will not solve the issue, take note that the currency symbols are coming from WooCommerce.

It might be that the functions.php of your child theme is using a hook that overwrites the default behavior.

Guide:
https://woocommerce.com/document/change-a-currency-symbol/

If this will not solve or clarify the issue, then please let me know.

Best regards
Andreas
