Please HELP urgently. I have reactivated the WPML plugins as attached in hope to repair this terrible situation and to provide debug info.
I am trying to:
View the services of our practitioners and instead of seeing just the English version. I am seeing all languages many many times. In addition the images seem to be duplicated for every service, so this takes up HUGE amount of space on our site.

I expected to see:
Only services in the language offered.
Instead, I got:
All services in every language many many times.
It seems to the advice from WPML to deactivate all plugins was very poor advice because now way too much content shows up.

Can you try the following:
- WPML - > Support -> Troubleshooting:
– Synchronize posts taxonomies (for this post types, I assume services)
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
-- Set language information
-- Fix terms count
-- Fix post type assignment for translations
Does it help?
It does look however that hidden link and e.g. hidden link etc are created in the same language, so troubleshooting would not help.
