Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the secondary language (English) on my website, and I expect the cart to be populated with products. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.
Symptoms:
When using the secondary language (English), the cart is always empty even if products are added correctly.
Questions:
Why is the cart empty when using the secondary language?
How can I ensure the cart is populated with products in the secondary language?
We have already tried:
1. disabling caching plugins
2. checked the AJAX filtering option in WPML settings
3. Updated the cart page translation
4. check extensively on the forum
5. switched from Divi builder blocks/modules to woocommerce standard shortcode
Nothing works
I've also tried to disable the cookie blocking plugin to no avail.
This is a production site, the cart was working fine in both languages I don't really know if this is due to the latest update or what but we are pretty in a hurry since the website is live

Hello,
Does this issue disappear if you disable "Disable Cart Fragments"?
Take note that this plugin has not been updated for a long time.
If this will not clarify the cause:
Please create a copy or staging of the website and try running it with minimal setup to see if the issue persists.
1) Deactivate any additional plugins that are unrelated to WooCommerce, WPML and our add-ons.
2) If the issue goes away, start reactivating plugins one at a time or activate them in small groups. This way, check where the issue recurs to identify the plugin causing the issue.
3) If this doesn't resolve the issue, please switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty-One to see if the issue might be theme-related.
Once we identify the cause, we can then attempt to replicate the issue and then escalate it internally. I will provide a test site with WPML in this case.
If you're unable to set up a copy of your website, please let me know and I'll be happy to assist you.
Best regards,
Andreas
