Hi there!
I have converted into a ticket as chat was disconnected.
FTP credentials are not working: 530 Login authentication failed.
I have enabled next answer as private so you can add ftp credentials:
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.
The private box looks like this: hidden link
Hallo Paola, it seems the website got distorted so we have restored it. Since the plugin doesn't seem to work with our website we would like to request a refund so that we kind find a working alternative. Kindly assist me with that.
Please let me know if you want me to continue investigating the issue. Since I haven't been able to access your site via FTP, would you be comfortable with me installing the WP File Manager plugin? This tool allows secure access to your site's files directly from the WordPress dashboard, eliminating the need for FTP credentials. Once installed, I can proceed with the necessary checks to assist you further.

It looks like the login you previously shared no longer grants access. To keep your live site untouched while we troubleshoot, I can spin up a secure staging copy on cloudways and perform the debugging tests there. Once everything is confirmed working, we’ll share the exact steps (or a backup package) for you to apply to production.
Would you like me to go ahead and set up that staging site for you?
If you prefer to provide fresh credentials for the live site instead, just let me know—whatever feels safest and most convenient on your end.
