Background of the issue:
I need to change 'RV' to 'Camper' for Dutch translated pages on my site hidden link. I want to know if I can add this to the Glossary and then bulk update all Dutch pages to use the new term. An example page that will need updating is hidden link.

Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message mentioned.

Questions:
Do I simply add 'RV' to 'Camper' in the Glossary?
Can I then bulk update all Dutch pages to use the new term in the Glossary?

also I have a further question
I have a question,, assume we translated one page to American English with the help of the Glossary replacing "RV" with "Campervan" and "hire" with "rent"

If I then edit the translation to make some manual changes to include RV a few times in the translation ( to make less spammy) .... and SAVE

If I later run a translation refresh update, will my manual changes be lost

Hello,

1) There is no such option for now, and you can not re-update already translated pages with new glossary entries, you would need to re-translate m/ update translation in the WPML editor manually. But this feature is planed for the future, for now, version WPML 4.7.

2) If by manual you mean manually editing the translated page and making changes there, then yes it will be overwritten when you save/update the default language page. As you can not mix translation methods in this case WPML editor / manullt (WP editor). You need to use only one method and keep using it.

Hope this helps.

Drazen
