Background of the issue:
I am trying to use conditional logic on the Stay Connected form in the footer, but the whole form is hidden. I have disabled caching and removed all theme files like CSS/JS, but it still doesn't show. The issue can be seen on hidden link, while it works fine on hidden link.
Symptoms:
The Stay Connected form in the footer is completely hidden despite disabling caching and removing theme files.
Questions:
Why is the Stay Connected form hidden despite disabling caching and removing theme files?
What differences might exist between the two URLs that could cause this issue?

Please revise the form's translation in WPML > Translations.
The conditional rules currently will appear inside the WPML Translation Editor. You need to make sure to copy their values. If the values are translated and is using different values in different languages, then the behavior would be expected.
