Background of the issue:
I am trying to redirect users to a Spanish thank you page after they fill out the Spanish version of my Gravity Form on my site hidden link.
Symptoms:
I am unsure how to configure the redirection to the Spanish thank you page after form submission.
Questions:
How do I send users to the Spanish version of the thank you page after they fill out the Spanish version of my Gravity Form?
Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly.
Hello, that ticket is based on conditional fields in their form. This is different and much simpler. I just want to send users that fill out the Spanish translation of the form to the Spanish translation of the thank you page. Instead it is sending people them to the English version.
Thank you for contacting the support. I'm assigned this ticket and 'll try my best to help you fix the issue.
Apparently it should be straight-forward, like translating your form and the thank you page to other languages. However, can you please explain how and where you've defined this "thank you" page (i.e. in form's setting or theme options)?
Some screenshots or a screen recording showing the configuration and the problem 'll also be helpful.
Hello, the thank you page is set as a confirmation in Gravity Forms. I cannot switch switch to Spanish to add a separate confirmation. It only lets me send the form to translation. You can see all of this here: hidden link
Yes that's the correct way of translating Gravity forms and the related content. Have you tried it? I mean have you translated the form and that "Request a Quote thank you" page? If yes, and are these published?
If not, then please try translating these, make sure these are 100% completed and published.
I've tried checking on the frontend at hidden link and hidden link but after submitting the request a quote form it is redirecting to another domain hidden link (perhaps your live domain) along with a security blockade (see attached).
So perhaps you need to recheck your form in the staging site and see if it is correctly configured, translated and published, along with those confirmation page translations.
If you still not sure how to do it, I need to take a closer look at your site. So I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your next answer will be private, to share this information safely.
Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in the admin and on the frontend.
IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.
