[Resolved] Manually remove the contents in the language to be deleted

Hi,

I am following the instructions in https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/deleting-languages-and-plugin-data-by-doing-a-wpml-reset-on-your-site/ to uninstall WPML completely.

However, in step 1, when "A table with the deactivated languages appears", I try to delete the contents. But the whole system becomes very slow so I have to restart the system. I try several times but still cannot deleted the contents in the deactived language.

How to proceed?

For being of better help, can you please provide your WPML Debug information in the debug field below?

This will allow me to review your site's stats and see if possibly a value needs to be increased such as WP Memory Limit or PHP Time Limit

Are you attempting to remove all languages and translations created by WPML and start from scratch?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
