Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate media on my site hidden link using WPML. Our developer is asking if we can provide the plugin zip file.

Symptoms:
Not applicable.

Questions:
Where can we find the WPML plugin zip file?
Is there another way to translate media using WPML?
