Background of the issue:
I am trying to add a product to an order in the admin panel of my site hidden link using WPML.

Symptoms:
When I add a product to an order in the admin panel, the product disappears.

In the screencast shared and in your first message, there is no mention of the language or the translation of the content. Could you describe how this behavior is related to the translation of the content or the WPML plugins?

This is WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin. If I enable the Multicurrency mode, then I can’t add a product to the order in the admin panel.

Please share the access credentials to the site in your next message that I have set private. This way, I can double-check the Woocommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency configuration.
