Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

In our forum, we try to keep one issue per ticket. Continuing with one ticket per issue helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
Therefore, I've split the other issues and created new tickets.

The second issue: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-multiple-items-on-website-need-translation-from-english-to-arabic/

The third issue: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-multiple-items-on-website-need-translation-from-english-to-arabic-2/

In this ticket, we will check the first issue. Please try the following steps:

1- Go to WPML-> String Translation
2- Enable the "Look for strings while pages are rendered" option
3- Visit the page that contains this string on the front end
4- Disable the option
5- Search for the string and translate it

Best regards,
Osama
