We're trying to find the most efficient way to make, and maintain, multiple sites with different locales within a similar region/content. For example two sites that have the same spanish content but different locales. It there a way to have both of those site mimic each other to where if one gets updated the other one as well?

Hi,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to guide you through some initial troubleshooting steps.

You can duplicate a site using https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#how-to-duplicate-pages-and-posts-in-bulk. When you make an update to the default language. It will automatically update all changes from the default language.

But keep in mind that this option is meant to duplicate from a default language to a secondary language. Both locales can be different. But you can't duplicate Spanish to Spanish, so long your default language is English. This can cause issues in the page synchronisation.

Best Regards
Marcel
