Hi, Thanks for contacting us. Can you please test minimal, using a default theme and with all non-WPML plugins disabled to see if the error persists. Also, so that we can take a better look at this, could you please attach the Debug info? You can see how to retrieve and paste it here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/. Hello there, It seems like the user you shared has no administrator permission. It is necessary to be an admin of the site in order for us to debug this issue. Please see if it is possible to temporarily make it administrator. If you'd prefer to share different access credentials, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. Our Debugging Procedures I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. Hello Marco, Thank you for sharing that information. I keep investigating this issue. I'd like to ask permission to make a copy/staging version of your site where I can continue to debug this closely without affecting the live site. I'll make sure to delete this copy as soon as we get this issue fixed. I'm afraid of debugging directly on the live site and cause issues to your visitors. Hello there, I created the staging site and started debugging this issue. In one of the tests, I noticed that the issue with the account links happens even if I disable WPML: hidden link I only performed this test in the staging site, you can access it in the link I send privately above. The admin user that you shared, also works in the staging site. The issue seems to be happening in the main language and even with the WPML disabled. This test indicates that the issue could be not related to WPML. I'd recommend getting in touch with Hotel Booking plugin support to see if this is something they can help you with. i just checked, in the defult language italian the links work, when i login in the dashboard the links " prenotazioni" and "il mio conto work ....in english and spanish do not open any page |

I increased wp memory limit to 512 mb.....nothing always same problem...cant open the links of user dashboard. MOtopress suggested me to make manual translation ....the default language is in italian and use a shortcode....wpml make automatic translation, may be make new pages manually inseting the shortcode...i do not know if can be a solution |

Hello there, Thank you for following up and I apologize the delay caused by the weekend. I checked it and the live site and my staging copy are acting differently. In the staging site that I created I'm having issues even with the default language: hidden link Since the issue is different in there, I'm afraid I need to debug this in the same environment as the live site. Are you able to create a staging/test copy of the live site where I can debug the issue? I need to disable plugins, themes, and other operation that could cause issues to your visitors. I'm enabling the private fields for your next reply in case you're able to create the staging site where I can reproduce the issue just like the live site. In addition to that, are you able to reach out to the hosting support or server administrator and ask them for the HTTP error logs of today July 2nd? The WordPress debug mode is not generating any errors, it is possible that the HTTP server has an error log that can help us here. You can place the log in the server and tell me the location or use a text sharing service such as https://pastebin.com/ to share it with me after you hide any potential sensitive information. Motopress team is taking care of this issue at the moment and they ask me to do not touch nothing.....let's see what they say in the next few days.....actually i have e redirection to https and i insert https in wordpress - option-general... i will check the HTTP error log |

today all links seem working....i will test again in the next few days...even i got anotther issue, i cant see the rates in the spanish version of room's page habitaciones.... |
