Apa SEO	Background of the issue: I am experiencing severe performance issues on my website hidden link, where each page load takes around 15 seconds. After investigating with the Query Monitor plugin, I discovered that WPML is responsible for a large number of database calls. The function WPML_Element_Translation->maybe_populate_cache is being called nearly 4,800 times on a single page load, consuming significant execution time. Other WPML-related functions such as WPML_Query_Filter->determine_post_type, WPML_Query_Parser->parse_query, and WPML_404_Guess->find_post_type also appear frequently. Symptoms: WPML is causing slow page load times due to a large number of database calls. Questions: How can I reduce the performance impact of WPML? What might be misconfigured in WPML causing these performance issues? Are there any optimization tips or settings adjustments to improve site speed while maintaining multilingual functionality?

This plugin is not on our list so it is not officially compatible with WPML, so some issue may happen.
