I am working on the site hidden link and need to redo all translations from scratch. The base language is Norwegian, and I need to redo the English and Polish translations. I have made many changes to the entire site after doing automatic translation.

What's the best way to redo the English and Polish translations from scratch using Norwegian as the base language?

If I understand correctly you would like to re translate your content because some changes were done on the default language, correct?
In that case you can go to WPML->Translation Management->Seelect the pages or posts you would like to re translate and re send for translation.
Do note that if you use automatic translation along with the "translate everything" setting this is not required and the translations will update automatically as soon as a change is made to the default language content.
